Add Competencies

For Admin Role

The system allows adding the competencies you will use in the courses material, assessments and quizzes.

Create a new competencies framework:

  1. From the system left pane, click on the Capability Management icon
  2. On the Competencies page, click Add new competencies


  3. Click Download to download the template where you can enter the competencies data.
  4. Fill in All needed data as you see in the below picture:

  5. Click Upload to upload the competencies template that you downloaded and entered the competencies information in it.
  6. Once uploaded, click Validate so the system checks the accuracy of the entered data.

  7. You can view the competencies related to a given category and grade after selecting them from their respective lists, and clicking View.
  8. You can add the competencies by clicking  and Add new then click on Save.




To Map Competencies to Course

  1. From the Course page click then Map Competencies.


  2. In the Add Competencies dialog box, select the check boxes of the competencies you would like to map to the course.

  3. Click Save.
