Adding an MCQ Question

The MCQ question allows the employee to select one answer from many available answers for the proposed question. This type of question is automatically graded by the system according to the answers entered by the Administrator.

To add an MCQ question

  • On the questions types page, from the Classic Questions tab, click MCQ, then follow the following steps as illustrated in the following figure.
  1. Type the question's full score.
  2. Select the question's difficulty level: Low, Medium, or Difficult.
  3. Type the question.
  4. Type the first answer option.
  5. Type the second answer option.
  6. Click Add another option to add more answer options, if needed.
  7. Click Save, to save the question and its answers.
