For Admins and Instructors

To add members to space

  1. From the space homepage, click ; the Adding Members dialog box opens, as in the following figure.

  2. Select the checkboxes beside the members you want to add to the space, and then click Add.

    Note

    • You can search for the members by their names, segments, or roles through the Search by Name box, and the All Segments and Select Role Name lists.
    • When searching for a member whose role is an Instructor, you can specify the Category, then the Course, then the Round.
    •  When searching for a member whose role is an Employee, you can specify the Years of Experience, then the Course, then the Round.

    Assign Space Co-Admin
  1. From the space main page, from the left panel, click .
  2. From the Manage Members dialog box, next to the member you want to assign as Co-Admin, click  , and then click Set as co-admin as in the following figure.

Inviting Members to Space

  • From the space homepage, click , and then select the method of inviting members whether by sending them an e-mail message or selecting them from your Outlook, Facebook, Google or Google Plus contacts as in the following figure.
