Manage Sent Announcements
For Admins and Academic coordinator
View the sent announcements
- Click the icon
on top of the system homepage, the Announcements window opens.
- On top of the Announcements window, click Sent.
Edit a sent announcement
- At the bottom of the Announcements window, click View All.
- On the Announcements page, click the Sent
- Next to the desired announcement, click and then click Edit.
- On the Edit Announcement page, make your changes and then click Update.
Delete an announcement
- At the bottom of the Announcements window, click View All.
- On the Announcements page, click the Sent
- Next to the desired announcement, click
and then click Delete.
Search for an announcement
- At the bottom of the Announcements pop up window, click View All.
- On the Announcements page, click the desired tab according to the type of announcement that you want to search for.
- In the search text box, type any part of text that is included in the announcement that you are searching for and then click
, as in the figure below.
