This report is accessible from overall report or from reports top navigation. Report display average of courses satisfaction, courses rating and average of each aspect like content, instructor, relevance, etc... and a list of courses that has course feedback submissions.
Duration filter
When a duration is selected, only data related to submissions in the selected duration will be available.
Segment filter
When a segment is selected, only data related to submissions by trainees in this segment will be included in the calculation respecting the “View segments report aggregated under the selected organization/segment” check.
Overall Satisfaction
Please refer to the Overall satisfaction section
Overall Rating
A star rating average is displayed with the average of all course ratings submitted in the course feedback for all available courses.
Aspects Feedback
Content
A donut chart representing trainees’ content feedback from the survey they submitted. It’s an average of content feedback of all courses that have this section in their course feedback form.
Instructor
A donut chart representing trainees’ instructor feedback from the survey they submitted. It’s an average of instructor feedback of all courses that have this section in their course feedback form (Self-paced courses don’t have by default this section).
Willingness to Recommend
A donut chart representing trainees’ willingness to recommend the course result from the survey they submitted. It’s an average of willingness to recommend of all courses that have this section in their course feedback form.
Relevance
A donut chart representing course relevance feedback result from the survey they submitted. It’s an average of course relevance feedback of all courses that have this section in their course feedback form.
Course Expectation
A donut chart representing trainees’ feedback about course expectations from the survey they submitted. It’s an average of course expectations section feedback of all courses that have this section in their course feedback form.
Courses List
This list displays all courses (with all their rounds) that has course feedback submissions respecting the selected filters. List has data displayed as: course name, course type and overall satisfaction percentage. When clicking on course name, user will be redirected to course report.
Export to Excel
User can export courses list to an excel and it will have all course feedback data about this course:
- Course Name
- Course type
- Number of trainees
- Overall Satisfaction
- Course Rating
- Each aspect percentage (content, instructor, willingness to recommend, relevance, course expectations).
User can print list of courses and printing will include all courses with their names, type and overall satisfaction.
