Org Settings-Settings

For Admin Only

  • On the Setup Organization page, click Settings from the left pane.
  • From Course Settings Page:
    1. You can enable the Course Rounds to feature on the organization level, by selecting the Enable Course Rounds check box.
    2. You can allow employees to join more than one round of the same course by selecting the Allow employees to join multiple rounds check box.
    3. You can allow employees to be assigned as instructors in courses by selecting the Allow employees to be assigned as instructors in a course check box.
    4. By enabling this option a request will be sent to approve course invitations for not registered users to enable it Enable course invitations approval cycle for not registered users check box.

    5. Select the check box next to the feature you want to activate, and then click Save.
  • By enabling it, you can add Brightcove videos that will be available in course cover and video materials.


    Tracks Settings:
    • This section allows you to enable the tracks creation feature on the organization level, by selecting the Enable Course Tracks check box.

  • Chat Settings:
    • You can enable the chatting feature on the institute level, by selecting the Enable Chat between Trainees check box.
    • You can enable the chatting feature between the instructors and trainees for all segments, by selecting the Enable Chat between Instructors and Trainees check box. Each segment can enable or disable this feature through its settings.

  • Space Settings

    This section allows you to enable trainees to add spaces, on the organization level, by selecting the Enable trainees to add spaces check box.

  • Notification Settings

    This section allows you to disable the notifications feature on the organization level, by selecting the Disable Notification Action Settings check box.

  • Help Files Settings

    By enabling, help files will be applied to the organization

  • Calendar Settings

    This section allows you to add the public holiday calendar of your organization so that the system users can view it through their own calendars, by clicking Add File.
