Notes

Courses of the type “Invitation Only” can be published without having an active session or a published assessment.

Overall Assessments Criteria

For courses of type “Request to join", in case the Administrator sets the course completion criteria as Overall Assessments, at least one session should be created and activated, and one assessment should be created and published in order for the course to be published.

Final Assessment Criteria

For courses of type “Request to join", In case the Administrator sets the course completion criteria as Final Assessment, at least one session should be created and activated, and the final assessment should be created and published in order for the course to be published successfully.

In this case, the Administrator can also select the Lock Final Assessment if all materials are not seen check box, to prevent the trainees from completing the course and solving the final assessment unless they see all the course content and material first.

Video Criteria

For courses of type “Request to join", In case the Administrator sets the course completion criteria as Videos, at least one session should be created and activated, and one video is added in this session in order for the course to be published successfully.

No Criteria

The Administrator is able to publish the course without any criteria.
