Registration Period

Almanhal System allows the user to set some of the actions regarding the registration and transferring students (New Registration, Stream Transfer, School Transfer in Al-Manhal, Online Registration, Transfer between Language Levels). In order to apply these actions, perform the following.

1. Navigate to the School Settings menu bar.
2. Select Registration Period.
3. Where the following screen appears.
   
4. The previous screen shows to view, the left side view where you can filter for the rules that are pre-defined and you can apply some actions. The right side screen the system allows the user to define new rules.
   
5. From the previous screen, click button; to activate all fields.
6. Fill out (Site Type, Academic Year, Education Type, Education Focus, Education Path, Stream Grade), the choose one of the actions that you want to apply (New Registration, Stream Transfer, School Transfer in Al-Manhal, Online Registration, Transfer between Language Levels), then click .
7. From the left side screen, select the required rules status (Active, Inactive), then click , where all defined rules will appear in the search result as follows.
   

Note: When selecting an Inactive rule as shown in the previous figure, the button appear, while when selecting Active rule as in the following figure the button appear.
