Learning Curve system offers a wide variety of educational features that cope with the ever-changing technological environment and make the learning process easier and faster for all the participants whether instructors, trainees, administrators, or training coordinators. Each of the system sections explained in the table below offers a set of functionalities that help the Organization Administrators manage the system efficiently.

Reports

The Reports section allows Administrators to have full-view information about all the activities going through the system.

Administration Tools

The Administration Tools section directs you to the Administration, Roles and Permissions, and Custom Fields sections.

Organization

The Organization Management section allows Organization Administrators to manage the organizations and segments they are responsible for managing.

Through this section, Administrators can enter information related to the organizations and segments, control their themes, and provision users as instructor, employees, or training coordinators. This section also allows adjusting the settings the courses, spaces, tracks, and chats on the organization or segment levels.

Roles and Permissions

The Roles and Permissions section allows Organization Administrators to create different roles other than the default ones that are created by the system. In addition, the administrators can control the permissions that are granted to the newly created roles according to the work need.

Custom Fields

Custom Fields help System Administrators add as much information as they need about the role they are adding to the organization

Courses

The Courses section enables the Administrators to create new courses for the trainees to join and study. The system enables the administrators to create sessions, assessments, and add the necessary content they need the trainees to study during the course. Administrators can also group a number of courses in a track that the trainees can join in order to achieve a given learning goal. The trainees’ progress and course analytics are available through the course tabs to follow up the course performance. The system also allows Administrators to award trainees with different badges in case they achieve a certain score as a method to encourage trainees to participate actively in the course.

Attendance

The Attendance section allows the Administrator to register the attendance of the trainees enrolled in the different courses across the segment he is responsible for.

Calendar

The Calendar displays all sessions, discussions, events, and assessments related to the courses and spaces. Administrators are able to view the items related to a given course or space only by selecting its corresponding box.

Forms Templates

The Forms Templates section allows Organization Administrators to create pre-designed forms for the session plans and the instructors’ evaluations so that they can be frequently used and accessed through the system.

Surveys

The Surveys section enables Administrators to create surveys, check surveys answers, and respond to surveys created by other members.

Members

Administrators can search for any member that exists in the organization they are responsible for through the Members section.

Spaces

The spaces section allow Organization Administrators to create spaces where the system members share updates, resources, and events related to a given sessions. The space members can either view updates, resources, and events, create them, or search for spaces created by other members to join them.

Badges

The Badges section enables Administrators to create a n view badges used across the courses.

Help Files

Help Files section includes all written guidelines that help the user through using the system.
