Manage Course Members

For All Roles

  • From the course page, click the Members The system displays a list of the course members whether trainees or instructors.

Notes

  • To communicate with any of the course members through instant messaging, click in the member’s quadrant.
  • To view the member’s profile, click the member’s name.
  • To delete a member, click , and then click Delete.

Inviting Members to Courses

In case the Administrator specified the joining method as Invitation while creating the course, he shall be able to invite trainees to attend the course through the Members tab.

  • From the course page, click the Members tab, then click the The  system displays a list of options you can use to invite trainees.

Note

  • The Administrator can invite members through their e-mail addresses or by selecting them from his Outlook, Facebook, Google or Google Plus contacts list.

·         The Administrator can also invite members that are not registered in the system to join the courses.

  • The Administrator can send invitations in case the created course joining method is Request to Join.
  • In case the Administrator created the course as Request to Join; the trainees shall send a request to join the course and await the approval to join the course or join the course immediately as per the settings specified by the Administrator during the course creation.
