Training Needs Survey

The Training Needs Survey is a simple yet powerful tool that enables organizations to assess and identify the learning and development requirements of their workforce. Whether you're evaluating specific competencies or the need for a course.

 

 Creating a Training Needs Survey: 

  1. Navigate to the "Evaluation "section from the right-side control panel then Surveys.

  2. Click Create then "Add Training Needs Survey."


  3. Fill in basic details:
    • Survey title
    • Due Date
    • Select type (competency, course)

Defining Acquired Competencies:

  • After adding a "Skills Acquired" survey:
    • Click "Activate."


    • Select Segments.
    • Choose the targeted role.
    • Add additional data if needed.
    • Select Send Users Notification for This Survey if you want to send notifications to all users.
    • Click "Activate."

 

 

 

Selecting Training Courses:

  1. Click on the survey Title.
  2. Go to the "Select Courses" section.
  3. Choose required courses from available categories:

    • Capacity Management
    • Career Development
    • Managerial Skills
    • General
  4. Confirm the number of selected courses.

Activate the Survey:

  1. Click "Activate.
  2. Select target Segments (e.g., "All Levels," "System Admin").
  3. Choose the Role Name
  4. Select Additional Data if needed.



 

Employees Responding to the Survey:

  • Employees receive a system notification.
  • They access the "Submitted Surveys" section.

  • Answer questions and specify training needs.
  • Submit responses by clicking "Confirm."

Reviewing Responses & Approving/Rejecting (by Admin):

  1. Go to "Training Needs Approvals."



  2. Select the survey and click Submit Results.

    1. Choose:
      • "Approve" to accept submitted needs.
      • "Reject" with a comment if necessary.



    Tracking Results:

    1. Go to "Evaluation" → "Surveys."
    2. Click on the survey to view the results.

    This is your main control center:

    Course List:


    • Current Courses: Ongoing training.
    • Assigned Courses: Recently assigned.
    • Upcoming Courses: Scheduled to start soon.
    • Completed Courses: Successfully finished.

    Progress Tracker:

    • Visual bar showing completion percentage.
    • Total training hours completed vs. remaining.

    Certificates:


    • Accredited certificates for completed courses.

     

    My Tracks:

    • View customized tracks with progress details.

     

    "UPSKILLING" Page

    1. From the side menu, select “UPSKILLING”

    Suggested Tracks:



    • Covered: Required in your plan.
    • Not Covered: Optional (non-mandatory).
    • Achieved: Successfully completed tracks.

     

    Recommended Courses:


    • Personalized based on your level and interests.



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Choose:
    • "Approve" to accept submitted needs.
    • "Reject" with a comment if necessary.

  2. Click "Submit" to complete the process.
