Effectiveness Measurement
For Admin and academic coordinator
Course feedback:
Course feedback measures how engaged trainees were, how actively they contributed, and how they reacted to the training and enables you to make improvements to future training.
This section allows for measuring the course's effectiveness by choosing the course feedback that was added before.
Through the Effectiveness Measurement section, the Training Coordinator or admin can do the following:
- Select Enable course feedback
option
- Choose the form added before to our system and it should be activated
- You can choose
which means you don't need to collect the respondent's name or easily identifiable information.
- Trainees now can respond to the survey by clicking on
a button from the course page as you see below figure:
Knowledge Acquisition:
Knowledge acquisition focused on measuring what your trainees have and haven’t learned and demonstrates how training has developed their skills, attitudes, and knowledge.
To apply the Knowledge acquisition tool you can follow the below steps:
- While creating a new course select the option of
- After adding other course info details and clicking save, to add the questions click on
then add the details of the assessment
